All Apartaments, are renovated ‘800 rural houses, and mantein the original charme. They are immersed in the 10000 olive tree plantation ( the trees are estimated to be over 300 years oldo).
All the apartaments are self-containied and are divided into floors and still maintain the original rural Tiscan furniture. Theu all have a small equipped garden.

The main villa is surrounded by a 4 acre garden ; a swimming pool (16x9) with changing room and toilet which is open from the biginning of June to the end of September. There is also tablo tennis and play park.
In the immediate area, in a range of 1 km, there are several sports facilities; 5 and 11 a-side football, tennis, fishing, sailing, (on the lake) horse riding and golf. The Versilian beaches are justa 6 km away.
